Tattoo theme party?

I've been wondering if a tattoo theme party would he an unique theme for tweens and teens or if it would too risque'. I think creating a party around temporary tattoos of some sort would he great for older kids and I am a relatively conservative person. I'd love to hear Others thoughts on this theme!
